This page describes the data the Krynto site actually handles, as the site is built today. Last updated: October 2026.
Every Krynto calculator runs in your browser. The salary you type in, the countries you pick and the results you see are worked out on your device. Salary figures are not sent to the Krynto server, are not stored and cannot be read by anyone at Krynto.
The homepage calculator saves your display preferences (which of its optional panels you switched on) in your browser's localStorage under the key krynto_toggles. That record stays on your device, holds no salary figures and is never transmitted. You can clear it at any time from your browser's site settings.
Krynto does not set tracking cookies, and the site currently runs no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. If advertising or analytics are added later, this page will be updated before or at the time that happens, and the change will be dated here.
Like most websites, the hosting server keeps standard access logs: the time of a visit, the page requested, the visitor's IP address and the browser's user-agent string. These logs exist so the site can be kept running and protected against abuse. They are not used to build profiles of visitors and are not sold or shared for marketing.
If you write through the contact form or by email, Krynto receives your name, your email address and the text of your message. That information is used only to read and answer your message. It is not added to a mailing list, not used for marketing and not passed to third parties. Messages are kept in the site mailbox for as long as they are useful for following up the conversation.
If you want to know what personal data Krynto holds about you, or you want a message you sent deleted, write to hello@krynto.site from the address you used. Because the calculators hold nothing, in practice this covers email you have sent. Requests are answered at the same address.
